Return Policy

How do I return my order?

Your order summary will arrive with your order. This order summary will include a pre-addressed shipping label. 

If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Within 60 days, re-package your unworn shoes with a copy of the packing slip inside the box and place the provided return shipping label on the outside of the box. Item(s) must be returned in the original box (packaging).

2. If this is the case please contact the shop upon receipt. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. the shop is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.

3. Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.

How long will the return process take?

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
• The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
• Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
• Depending on the credit card company, it may take up to an additional 5 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
